Refund Cancellation

Thank you for choosing Future School CRM, a comprehensive white-label school management solution offering mobile and web platforms tailored for schools, teachers, staff, students, and parents.

We aim to provide high-quality, reliable services through our robust suite of features, including student management, attendance tracking, academic planning, timetable scheduling, ID card and certificate generation, fee management, chat modules, and much more.

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Subscription & Licensing
    Our CRM and mobile application are licensed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually based on your selected plan.

  2. Cancellation Policy
    Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email or through their admin panel. Upon cancellation:

  • The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for remaining days in the cycle.

  1. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Completed Setup: Once our team has completed the setup, configuration, and onboarding of your institution’s account (including web panel and mobile app login setup), we are unable to offer a refund.

  • Trial Period (if applicable): If a free trial is offered, no payment is collected during the trial. Users may cancel at any time during the trial without any charges.

  • Technical Issues: In rare cases of proven technical failures where our services are non-functional for more than 7 consecutive days despite our support efforts, we may consider a pro-rata refund at our discretion.

  1. Customization & Whitelabel Services
    All customization and white-label branding services are non-refundable once initiated, as they involve dedicated design, development, and setup resources.

  2. Changes to This Policy
    Future School CRM reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
